Part 2: Twitter Gets Visual

Welcome back!
As promised, this is the Part 2 of Twitter Gets Visual!

Visual content is KING. That explains why visual-heavy social media raked in massive number of users everyday, including me!

People only remember 10% of what they hear,
20% of what they read, and
80% of what they see and do...

With this, different forms of rich media are included into tweets to stand out on a timeline, engaged with users, and render a content effective.

Without any further ado, here are the top 3 hacks!

1) Twemoji

Decorate your text with icons, emotions and symbols to make your tweet stands out from the rest! Not only do these context-rich characters make your status updates more appealing and colorful, but it also adds visual cues for words and communicate in a much more powerful way.

2) Animated GIF
(Ah-HA!)

GIF, known as Graphics Interchange Format, is an increasingly popular content marketing strategy on social media. The attractive nature about GIF is that it is a moving image not a static one, making the brand message and call-to-action more friendly and effective. GIF lasts for only a few seconds, meaning content are easy to consume and receptive. In terms of promotion, GIF is also a fun and interesting way to tease a NEW product or event launch to interest audience.

Another way to make your twitter feed more dynamic is to present collections of photos within a tweet, than just a single image. A theme gallery of 3-4 related images is more captivating to the eye and gives followers a sneak peak of the content before they click on the link.
