Ever since ride-hailing service Uber let people track the location of their drivers on a real-time map as they wait for a ride, other tech start-ups followed, with maps to pinpoint the location of all sorts of things, from shoes to food and the dog walkers. More brands now are jumping on the bandwagon to provide real-time tracking service to customers.
Real-Time Information:
Psychologically speaking, live en route tracking brings that visibility and transparency that one can be assured that your product is not going to come any sooner, but it's moving. Real-time experience is setting the new bar for expectation when it comes to delivery and transportation by which everyone have to meet.
Opportunities:
For customers; the real-time tracking is practical as it eliminates situations when someone steps into the shower or backyard and misses a knock on the door.
For delivery companies; live tracking app helps them avoid logistical headache like service call or missed delivery to customers. Not only that, it also improves customer satisfaction e.g Comcast allows customers to see the exact location of the cable repairman on the way to house, reducing the need for them to confined in home most of the day.
3. Emoji Mania

In 2016, it's all emojis, all the time. It has become a language of themselves. Emojis are popularly used among Millennial and Gen Z generations whom 80% of users are female.
